SecondBrain 365 is a product of Dev4Side Software S.r.l. for Microsoft 365 environments. This website describes the product; the provision of the product and of any related services is governed by individual agreements signed with each client.
3. Service eligibility
Our services are intended for business customers (B2B) only. You must be authorized to enter agreements on behalf of your organization.
4. Intellectual property
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and illustrations — is the property of Dev4Side Software S.r.l. and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Microsoft product names and icons belong to Microsoft Corporation.
The content of your organization, and the knowledge base pages created from it, remain your property under the terms of your individual agreement.
5. Limitation of liability
The content of this website is provided “as is” for information purposes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dev4Side Software S.r.l. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or of our services.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by Italian law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Milan, Italy.
